Allows Mexican gangbangers (MS13?) to harass you with cheats mercilessly for multiple rounds, and to corner you because they can see you through walls and they will never miss any of their shots each time you engage in a gun battle with their entire crew, and their whole team stands over your dead body and continues shooting it while you're already dead just to be gigantic pricks.... but chat bans you as soon as you have something to say to them when you finally win the gun battle and they get extremely mad that you're calling them out on their cheating and they report you because of something they aggressively started. In real life, I would have been justified in murdering them out of self defense, but on Call of Duty, you won't get that same level of justice.
